Hi....this blog is more like a "how to" or a" D.I.Y " book...in fact I had a book half way written then decided to put it here... please check out ...'how to read me'... in the right hand column===>

HOW TO READ ME...

Up Market Style for the Financially Challenged... is virtually a short...'how to book'...it is meant to give you the big picture and get you started in the process of creating your own 'show place' of a home. I am sure you will find it easier to follow and make sense of by reading each "part" in order... starting with PT. 1 then reading PT. 2 and so on.

I am constantly adding to, improving and generally updating the 10 or more original posts. So... the post dates of months gone by ...or even posts from last year are meaningless as they have little resemblance to the original post.
There are many new pictures added to each post...I have revised much of the text to be more concise,fluid and have included more imformation my readers have asked for.

For new comers who have not been on blogs...

blogs are published in reverse order so ...simply scroll down to the very bottom of the page and work your way up.

Or go to the 'Blog Archive' (it is printed just below this article you are presently reading) .

So to read PT.1 .... click on ... June. Then click July (you will see a list with PT 2, PT. 3 etc..

Once you get caught up...it is easier...because the very latest part is always at the top of the page...no more fussing about.

From time to time other articles will appear and they can be read or ignored as they are independent of the 'how to book.'

They are never the less a useful edition to the book. For those who are not interested in the main project they will be helpful hints whenever a small... must do project... comes up...like for example a future article on how and where to hang pictures.
